Ruckus Unleashed iPhone app cannot detect existing network

Question

I have a Lennar home with a Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P access point.

This all started when my Schlage door lock lost access to the Ruckus wifi and will not reconnect. Had been working fine for 5 years.

Ruckus Unleashed iPhone app states "No Unleashed network exists" even though my iPhone is connected to that access point network. I cannot add a network as the app does not detect the existing network. Other devices are connected to the access point and are functioning fine.

I connected using PuTTY to CLI but none of the usual ADMIN username/password combinations would work. I want to rename the single access point wifi name to separate names for the 2.4 and 5.0 Ghz bands.

Do I need to perform a factory reset? If so, which admin username/password do I use to connect so I can reconfigure?

I need guidance please.

You need to access the RUCKUS Unleashed GUI for the APs. To do this, you will need to identify the IP address of the APs and then log in using the AP credentials through a web browser.

* Open a web browser such as Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.
* Enter the IP address of the Unleashed Master Access Point, or navigate to https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com.
* If you do not know the Master AP's IP address, you can refer to the following article for instructions on how to locate it.
* Log in using your RUCKUS Unleashed administrator credentials.

If you have already tried accessing the GUI and are still unable to log in, the remaining option would be to perform a factory reset on the APs.
