Q1: No power outage. It start happening after internet provider switch
Q2 and Q3. Pics uploaded. Q3Q2Q2
Hello @Lazarus ,
Thank you for sharing the response.
To proceed further, we would need to check few configurations of the switch.
To check this, we must identify the ‘current’ IP address assigned by your local router to the switch ICX-7150-C12P
I will leave you a guide on how to perform an IP scanner on your local network to identify the switch IP address very easily.
How to find the IP Address of the RUCKUS Devices (Switch and APs) using IP Scanner free applications:
/kb/articles/10-how-to-find-the-ip-address-of-the-ruckus-devices-switch-and-aps-using-ip-scanner-free-applications
Once we identify the IP address of the switch proceed to access remotely to the device “Command Line”
/kb/articles/8-how-to-access-the-command-line-interface-cli-of-the-ruckus-icx-7150-c12p-switch
If you can access the Command line should look like this:
ICX7150-C12 Router> OR
ICX7150-C12 Switch>
Once you login to CLI, please enter the below commands and share the output.
Note: Hit Enter to accept each command
enable
show version
show flash
show inline power
show inline power detail
show interface brief
Please share the output of the above commands or share the screenshots if stuck at any step or error (if any) and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
I was able to scan IP but i couldn't figure after that. Can you please remote in and take a look . Its too much techy for me after that
Thank you for the response.
Could you please share the screenshot of the error message or the point at which you are stuck?
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

After pasting IP in browser it ask for login and password and i don't know what to go after that .
I understand that you have accessed the IP address of the Switch and unable to login to the CLI.
Once we identify the IP address of the Switch proceed to access the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch using a Web Browser.
Please click on Login option and try to access the Switch GUI using the login credentials.
Switch default credentials will be as mentioned below.
Username: super
Password: sp-admin
If the above credentials don’t work, you can try the default credential combinations below as well.
These usernames and passwords are key sensitive, please use capital letters where necessary.
Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
I got following response but i am unable to use this login info with instructions,
From the response you shared, I see that the IP address you used is for the AP and not of the Switch.
I recommend cross-checking the IP addresses listed in the IP scan results under the names "Ruckus Wireless" or "Brocade Communications" to
I got to login page but given user do not work.
I understand that you tried all of the default password combinations; however, it didn’t work.
I would request you to please login to CLI of the Switch using the Telnet option.
We do not need any login credentials to access CLI using the Telnet option.

Once you are able to access the CLI of the switch, please enter the commands in the previous post and share the screenshot.
It seems like your forum is no help to non technical customer. I would consider to switch to other home internet equipment who have live customer service over the phone.
Further you are going in, its more frustrating and above my understanding.
you are keep making it more confusing. Is there any way you can call me?
Hi @Lazarus
Hope you are doing well!!!
As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS Setup is not working.
Apologies for the inconvenience. Let me help you step by step.
Please follow the below steps.
As you are unable to access the Switch dashboard on a web browser since you do not have a username/password. Please try to access the Switch using the Command Line (CLI) with the application PuTTY. Telnet doesn't required username/password.
Please download the Putty Application and try to log in to the CLI using the Switch IP Address from the IP Scan and share the output of the below commands.
Putty download link:https://www.putty.org/
You could try the Telnet option to log in to CLI (Putty) using the same Switch IP address you tried on a web browser- Please refer below
Telnet – Port 23
Please enter the below commands if you can log in to CLI and share the output.
