Hello,
I have an issue with my switch ICX-7150-C12P. I just recently moved to Lennar home. My APs are not wirking and switch is having orange light for SYS and green light for PWR. I tried reset it, probably, 5 times, it's just keep blinking orange, even left it overnight (following reset steps here /kb/articles/11-process-for-performing-a-physical-factory-reset-hard-reset-on-the-ruckus-icx-7150-c12p-switch ) then I tried connect to it using Ethernet or/and usb-C with my MacBook, following steps described here https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/How-to-console-in-the-ICX-7150-12CP-Ruckus-Switch/td-p/46759. Please help
Hi @Vladk
Greetings!!!
Thank you for reaching out to the RUCKUS Lennar Home Community.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the issues you are experiencing with your RUCKUS setup.
Based on the information provided, it appears that your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch is stuck on boot mode with Amber SYST.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are committed to assisting you promptly.
Please attempt a hard reset using a paperclip 10-15 times. If this does not resolve the issue, the next step would be to perform a software recovery on the Switch. For detailed instructions on this process, please refer to the following RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base article:
Fixing RUCKUS Switch with an Amber/Orange Light on "SYST"
To access the Console, please make sure to download the zip drive for the file below & "extract all". Once it's extracted, run the file, the driver should be installed using the 2 links below.

Hello Imran, hard reset didn't work for me as I mentioned earlier and I can't connect to a console via ethernet nor usb-c. What would be my next steps?
Hello, hard reset didn't work for me as I mentioned earlier and I can't connect to a console via ethernet nor usb-c. What would be my next steps?
anyone had any success with this. I tried multiple reset but just keep blinking all the light. and downloaded the driver from above link and connected console port on 7150 using rj45 to usb A on windows laptop but unable to connect using putty to console.
in device & printers and device manager connection shows as ASIX USB to Gigabit ethernet family adapter connected to USB 3.0, RJ45 (console port on switch) to USB A (windows 10). in putty would this be considered COM or something else?
Apparently the system finally decided to reset. I got green lights on SYS and Power. APs getting power (I see lights) but 2.4G and 5G are orange and PWR is blinking. When I try to do anything with the app it tells me I am not connected to the system
Update, the previous reset success was a glitch. Eventually, I got windows PC and managed to recover the system. But now after I reset master AP and went through setting up a new network, when I try to connect to wifi it says failed. Everything seems to be connected, lights are on on the switch and AP. What potentially could be an issue that prevents me connecting to newly created wifi network?
I hope this message finds you well.
