I suspect I'm having issues with the routing code as I had a power outage and I was having a disconnected message in my unleashed. Now it's showing, "pending to join". I'm trying to get the IP address to login and complete the steps outlined here: https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/Switch-Disconnected-After-Power-Outage/m-p/53353/page/3 but I'm unable to locate my IP address to the switch.
I'm using LanScan on a Mac to locate the IP address but I'm only able to find the IP address of the two access points. I'm unsure of how to proceed further. What additional steps can I take to find the IP address?
I logged into my ISP and see that the modem has the switch connected to it and was able to locate the IP address, but when I try to log into to terminal with that IP address with "ssh username@IPaddress". Also I'm unable to connect to it through web browser. Unsure of what to do now.
Update: I saw that it is not a routing code issue per the forum post as my terminal prompts did not net the same results, instead it appears that I'm on the incorrect firmware version 8080. Currently attempting to update but need guidance on how to update via web GUI. Link provided in other forum posts is a dead link. I have a Mac device so can not connect to it via ethernet.
Hi @nfar ,
Greetings!
Thank you for contacting RUCKUS Lennar Home Community.
I hope you are doing well!!!
Thank you for the information you shared.
From the case description, I understand that you are facing issues with the RUCKUS setup after the power outage.
Before we can help, we need to check which version the Switch is currently running.
Please follow the below steps and help us with the queries,
1. To check this, we must identify the ‘current’ IP address assigned by your local router to the switch ICX-7150-C12P
I will leave you a guide on how to perform an IP scanner on your local network to identify the switch IP address very easily.
How to find the IP Address of the RUCKUS Devices (Switch and APs) using IP Scanner free applications:
/kb/articles/10-how-to-find-the-ip-address-of-the-ruckus-devices-switch-and-aps-using-ip-scanner-free-applications
2. Once we identify the IP address of the Switch proceed to access the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch using a Web Browser.
If you can log into the Switch on the web browser, please check the details highlighted in FIGURE 2.
3. You may also check the version of the Switch remotely to the device “Command Line”
/kb/articles/8-how-to-access-the-command-line-interface-cli-of-the-ruckus-icx-7150-c12p-switch
If you can access the Command line should look like this:
ICX7150-C12 Router> OR
ICX7150-C12 Switch>
Please enter the below commands once you log in to CLI and share the output.
Note: Hit Enter to accept each command
enable
show version
show flash
Please share the output of the above commands or share the screenshots if stuck at any step or error (if any) and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Best regards,
Pinky Rajendran

The version is showing as SW Version 08.0.90dT213
Hello @nfar ,
Thank you for sharing the response.
I understand that the version on the Switch is 08.0.90d.
We recommend transitioning to version 08.0.95g, identified as the stable version for Lennar Home users.
To facilitate this transition, we have recently introduced an upgrade tool tailored to ensure a seamless process. Utilizing this tool is straightforward: users simply need to input the IP Address, Username, and password associated with the Switch into the software interface.
For your convenience, please find the necessary resources below:
1. Download the Upgrade software for Mac: https://support.ruckuswireless.com/software/3836-lennar-upgrade-tool-mvp-mac
2. Access the Upgrade Software User Manual: Link: Upgrade Tool User Guide for Lennar SmartHome users
Please note: For now the tool works only on 08080f and versions between 08095g.
We highly value your input and would greatly appreciate your feedback on our upgrade tool. Your insights are instrumental in our ongoing efforts to enhance user experience and ensure the tool meets your needs effectively. Please take a moment to share your thoughts, suggestions, or any issues you encountered while using the tool. Your feedback is invaluable to us and will guide us in further improving the tool for all our users. Thank you for your time and contribution.
Should you require any assistance throughout the process, please do not hesitate to reach out. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
Thank you once again for your patience and cooperation.

I was able to fix it via another post with routing code issue. Solution was in the link I posted in original post. Thank you for your assistance Pinky. One additional question, if I am looking to upgrade my device speed capability (as AT&T is now offering 2gb speeds), would I need to upgrade my access points to realize the speeds?
Updated switch per instructions (super easy! thank you!) I'm looking at the access points and do not see the upgrade option. Version showing as: 200.9.10.4.243. Screenshot shows the screen I see. Clicking edit does not give me upgrade options.
