Hello @varunkrissj
Greetings!
Thank you for reaching out to RUCKUS Lennar Home Community.
We appreciate the information you provided regarding your issue with the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch and the Access Points not receiving power.
Based on the details you shared, it appears that the SYST&PWR indicator on the RUCKUS Switch is showing green, suggesting it is in a normal operational state. However, this issue may stem from the PoE ports on the Switch being disabled.
To assist you further, we recommend following the troubleshooting steps outlined in our RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base article. This resource provides a detailed guide on resolving issues where there is no power to the Access Points and the ICX-7150-C12P Switch displays a green indicator.

Hi @varunkrissj
Thank you for the response and the update.
Please try to log into the Switch CLI using the default credential.
Switch default credentials will be as mentioned below.
Username: super

If the above credentials don’t work, you can try below default credential combinations as well.
Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Could you please attempt to access the CLI using the Telnet option? Telnet does not require a username or password.

Thank you for your response and the information provided.
Based on the screenshot you shared, it appears that your current Switch is running on an older non-UFI 08060 version resulting in such issues. To ensure optimal performance for Lennar Homes users, I recommend upgrading the Switch to a recommended version.
For detailed instructions on how to upgrade the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch from a Non-Unified Forwarding (Non-UFI) version, please refer to the RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article available here:/kb/articles/1-how-to-upgrade-ruckus-icx-7150-c12p-from-non-unified-forwarding-image-ufi-to-a-stable-ufi-version
Since you have access to the CLI, I recommend following the 2nd option outlined in the article.
Please proceed with the upgrade process and feel free to reach out if you encounter any challenges or require assistance during any step of the process.

Greetings!!!
Thank you for your response and update.
Please ensure that you have the following three upgrade files/patches in your folder shown in the below screenshot:
If you have confirmed the presence of these files, kindly ensure that you select the commands correctly and attempt to execute them again, starting from "copy tftp flash <ipaddress> spz10114.bin bootrom."
Please verify and inform me if this resolves the issue.
Thank you once again for your patience.
I do not see this file "spz10114.bin" in your screenshot.
I see upgrade folder,
I executed the copy tftp flash <ipaddress> mnz10114.bin bootrom
telnet@ICX7150-C12 Switch>enableNo password has been assigned yet...telnet@ICX7150-C12 Switch#copy tftp flash 192.168.1.155 mnz10114.bin bootrom.Invalid input -> bootrom.Type ? for a listtelnet@ICX7150-C12 Switch#copy tftp flash 192.168.1.155 mnz10114.bin bootromtelnet@ICX7150-C12 Switch#Load to buffer (8192 bytes per dot)...........................SYNCING IMAGE TO FLASH. DO NOT SWITCH OVER OR POWER DOWN THE UNIT(65536 bytes per dot)...............TFTP to Flash Done.
Also in the document it says to execute
copy tftp flash 10.176.220.51 SPS08095hufi.bin primary” (upgrade the image)
I do not see this file "SPS08095hufi.bin" in the upgrade folder.
As mentioned in the article, use 8095g in place of 08095h.
As you have executed 'copy tftp flash 192.168.1.155 mnz10114.bin bootrom' command, please go to the next set of commands as described in the guide. Let me know if it works.
I executed next command but failing at "copy tftp flash 192.168.1.155 SPS08095gufi.bin primary"telnet@ICX7150-C12 Switch#copy tftp flash 192.168.1.155 SPS08080f.bin primarytelnet@ICX7150-C12 Switch#Load to buffer (8192 bytes per dot)...........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................SYNCING IMAGE TO FLASH.
