I have an ICX-7150-08P that's running the 08091 firmware. Is there anyway I can upgrade it to the 09010 even though there is no USB port on it?

you always have the option to upgrade via tftp.
you should first pass by 08.0.95d or a later 08.0.95 version before moving to 09.0.10. you also want 09.0.10a or higher.
