I understand that your ICX-7150-24p wont power on.
I have a question for you here :
Have you tried to use another power source outlet?
Have you tried to use another power cable?
If you haven't tried the above could you please give it a shot.
If above troubleshooting steps have been performed and issue persists, then we may need to replace the ICX (as this model has an integrated PSU) , Please log a ticket with the below link so that we will help you to process RMA
