Hello, our breaker flipped that powers our ruckus and we've tried 2 resets without any luck. Please help!
Hi @jmont
Greetings!!!
Thank you for contacting RUCKUS Lennar Home Community.
I hope you are doing well!!!
Thank you for the information you shared.
As per the case description, I understand that Wi-Fi via your RUCKUS setup is not working.
From the pictures you shared the light status of the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch and Access Points, they are in the normal state. However, we may need to check some configurations of the Switch. Please follow the below process and help me with the queries.
Please follow the below steps and help us with the queries:
1. To check this issue, we must identify the ‘current’ IP address assigned by your local router to the switch ICX-7150-C12P
I will leave you a guide on how to perform an IP scanner on your local network to identify the switch IP address very easily.
How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications:
https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/How-to-find-my-Ruckus-Devices-IP-address-using-free-applications/td-p/47027
2. Once we identify the IP address of the switch proceed to access remotely to the device “Command Line”
How to remotely access to 'ICX 7150-C12P' or 'access points' "Network devices":

If you can access the Command line should look like this:
ICX7150-C12 Router> OR
ICX7150-C12 Switch>
Please enter the below commands once you log in to CLI and share the output.
Note: Hit Enter to accept each command
enable
show version
show flash
Please share the output of the above commands or share the screenshots if stuck at any step or error (if any) and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again for your patience.
Best regards,
Imran Sanadi

IP address is not found. Please advise on next steps
Could you please reboot (unplug and plug from the power outlet) your Switch and run IP Scan once again, share a FULL Screenshot of the IP Scan results.
Also, please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports.
Thank you again for your understanding.
Thank you for the response and the information.
Please connect your device to the ISP (Internet Service Provider) Router's Wi-Fi network and run the IP Scan.
Im sorry, but I'm not following. The ISP Routers is connected to the Ruckus Switch. Is there another Step that I need to complete
For what it's worth, I also cannot get logged in to the Ruckus App.
Thank you for the response.
Could you please connect to the wireless SSID/Wireless Network broadcasted from the Router? Please IP Scan after connecting to it.
Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
I have reset our router and can connect to the "old" wifi name within IOS, however, it is not connected. How do I get the "configure me xxx" to populate within iOS to reset and connect it?
Thank you for the response and the update.
Apologies, as mentioned in my previous posts we need to make sure you have an stable Internet connectivity from your ISP and have to check Switch configurations.
Is your Internet Connection from the Internet Service Provider (ISP) stable and working? (You could check this by connecting to your local router Wi-Fi or from an ethernet cable from the Router to a laptop/PC).
Please check and confirm.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
We do have stable internet connectivity. We are currently using WiFi from our ISP on all our home devices.
If you are unable to get the IP address of the Switch, please try getting console access to the Switch and help me with the command outputs I shared previously.
Here is a guide on how to access to the Switch via console (cable access between your PC to the ICX 7150-C12P) in this case we need a USB type C to USB standard OR Console cable Rj45 to USB (Any one cable- please refer the guide)
How to console in the ICX-7150-C12P

Once you are logged in to the ICX-7150-C12P please follow and perform the commands and help with the outputs.
I have followed all the directions listed above and am running into the issue where I can't find the ports option within the device manager to see the name of the port to scan. Please advise where this could be located.
You will see the COM port information in the 'Device Manager' under 'Port (COM & LPT)' as shown in the screenshot below. Please check by unplugging the cable and plugging it again.
Also, please share a picture showing the Console cable connection between the Switch and the laptop.
That's just it - I don't have the 'Port (COM & LPT)' option within the device manager. I've tried unplugging and plugging it in again without any luck.
Please make sure to download the zip drive for the file below & "extract all". Once it's extracted, run the file, driver should be installed.
