asia.ruckus.cloud vs ruckus.cloud

If I add a license in auth.wireless.ruckus, will it get added into asia.ruckus.cloud or ruckus.cloud?

It is pretty confusing because I can control both of them.

For ruckus cloud, APs can be in standalone mode ?

Hi @BusinessUser,

AP must have latest Solo/Standalone firmware to be added to the RUCKUS Cloud.

With AP in Unleashed mode, it cannot be added.

For the second query, APs will not stay in standalone mode once they are onboarded and adopted by Cloud. Cloud has its own AP firmware which will be pushed after sucessfully discovery.

During the license activation journey customer is asked to make a selection of the region "Asia", "Europe", "North America" and based on your selection license gets added either to asia.ruckus.cloud or ruckus.cloud.

What happens if it is in unleashed mode when I try to add it into the cloud?

If AP firmware is in unleashed mode, can it be added into ruckus cloud?

Or standalone mode only?
