Hi,
I have no username and password from previous owner. I have Xfinity (X1) Gateway but unable to connect to Ruckus
Hi @sampande
Greetings!!!
Thank you for contacting RUCKUS Lennar Home Community.
Hope you are doing well!!!
Thank you for the information you shared.
As per the case description, I understand that you are unable to access the Internet in your recently moved Lennar home, via RUCKUS setup as you do not have a username and password for the same.
Could you please let me know if you tried using the credentials provided on the Networking Device holding cabin? (Please refer to the below screenshot). If not, could you please try and check?
Please check and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
Best regards,
Imran Sanadi

Hi Imran,
There are no log-in credentials on cabinet. Please let me know how to connect
Greetings!!!Thank you for the response and the update.
If there is no username and password available. The only option is to perform a factory reset of the Access Points. Please follow the below process to factory reset your APs to configure them with a new username and password and a new Wi-Fi SSID/Network.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To perform a factory reset correctly on one of the access points, you must disconnect the rest of your other access points from the "ICX-7150-switch". For example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good, go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.

Here are some pictures for your reference:
1. Phone is keep connecting to wifi but never completes the network
And here is image of AP after reset and set up of network. Please help and if possible let me know how can I call to set this faster.
Thank you for the response and the detailed information you shared.
As per the picture showing the light status of the Access Points you shared, it’s in a normal state.
It must get connected with the new Wi-Fi network/SSID you configured during the factory reset process.
Please try to forget the RUCKUS Wi-Fi network on your smartphone and try to connect to it once again. If that doesn’t work, please check with another device.
thank you for response. I tried with multiple devices as well as “forget ruckus network”.
I would like to add one more information, on last AP image, PWR green light is flashing (slow flashing)
please let me know next steps
Thank you for the response and the information you shared.
If the PWR light on AP is flashing, meaning it is not getting a routable IP Address from the ISP’s (Internet Service Provider's) router DHCP Server.
Please refer to the below link to learn more about the light status of the AP and its meaning.

Could you please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports?
yellow is line from Xfinity X1 and blue one is from AP that was reset
Could you please unplug and plug all the ethernet cables connected to the Switch into any of the 12 ports as highlighted in the below screenshot? Once you plug into other ports, please reboot (unplug and plug from the power outlet) your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch once.
Please check the Internet connectivity after reboot and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Also after restarting the Ruckus switch panel, I noticed that green light on 2 APs are flashing green while 1AP (which I reset earlier) was not on - this is all on Panel.
Secondly, I tested Internet at LAN in bedroom and its working fine that means it issue with APs, may redo the process with some other AP (total there are 3 APs)
Yes, please repeat the factory reset with another Access Point.
Please note, as you have 3 Access Points in your setup, remove the cables of the other TWO Access Points, and perform the factory reset on the ONE connected access point. Once you complete it, connect the unplugged Access point cables back to the Switch ports and they will sync up with the configurations from the factory reset Access Point.
Please perform the factory reset using a Laptop as described in the below VIDEO:

Hi Imran, after resetting another AP, 2 out of 3 APs are working now. Still one AP is having the problem. It’s not showing any light at the Switch Panel.
please help.
thank you
Thank you for the response and the update.
Could you please let me know the status of the lights on the AP that is not working? (Please refer to the below screenshot)
If there are no lights on the Access Point, please try to unplug the ethernet cable from the switch port and plug it into any other port of 12 ports. If it still doesn’t work, we suggest checking with another working ethernet cable, in case the current ethernet cable connected to this AP is damaged.
