The Ruckus ICX-7150 -C12P does not power on. I have tried several outlets and no success.
Hi @Songbird52
Greetings!!!
Thank you for contacting Lennar Home Community.
Hope you are doing well!!!
As per the case description, I could understand that your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not powering up.
Could you please try to check by replacing another Power cord with the Switch? In case the current power cord has been damaged.
Also, please try to reset the Switch multiple times as described below:
1. Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX-7150 and reconnect.
2. Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick
Below is the Guide and Videos link for your reference:

Thank you for responding. I did try all of these steps just now and no luck. I did try several outlets and all of the outlets are working fine.

The unit did power on with the 2nd reset but lan ports do not light up now.
Thank you for the response and the update.
Could you please help me with a picture of the Switch showing the light status and cable connections?(Please refer to the below screenshot)
Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
I currently have no lights on the 12 or more Lan ethernet lines. I do see lights on everything else.(3 lights)
I have no power to the my ring doorbells and a few other devices.
Thank you for the information.
As mentioned in my previous post, please help us with a picture of the Switch showing the light status and cable connections.
Thank you again.
As mentioned previously, please help me with a FULL picture of the Switch showing the light status and cable connections?(Please refer to the below screenshot)
Some ports do light up green after a 3rd reset. but others portshave no green light and power to the devices in the home
As I see from the picture you shared, seems like the ethernet cable which is coming from the Access Point is plugged into the wrong port on the Switch panel. It must be plugged into the 1 in-12 ports as shown in the below screenshot. Please unplug the ethernet cable and plug it into the correct port and check the Access Point.
Please check and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
I did change the location of the Ethernet cord. I still have no power to several of the device inn the home. Is there a reason why several ports do not light up. This ruckus unit has been buggy and very inconsistent with its performance.
I did the reset 3 times just for it to turn back on with limited power its distributing
We will check some configurations on the Switch, please follow the below steps to check the same.
Please follow the below steps and help us with the queries,
1. To check this issue, we must identify the ‘current’ IP address assigned by your local router to the switch ICX-7150-C12P
I will leave you a guide on how to perform an IP scanner on your local network to identify the switch IP address very easily.
How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications:
https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/How-to-find-my-Ruckus-Devices-IP-address-using-free-applications/td-p/47027
2. Once we identify the IP address of the switch proceed to access remotely to the device “Command Line”
How to remotely access to 'ICX 7150-C12P' or 'access points' "Network devices":
https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/How-to-remotely-access-to-ICX-7150-12P-or-access-points-quot/td-p/47388
If you can access the Command line should look like this:
ICX7150-C12 Router> OR
ICX7150-C12 Switch>
Please enter the below commands once you log in to CLI and share the output.
Note: Hit Enter to accept each command
enable
show version
show flash
show inline power show interface brief
show inline power detail
Please share the output of the above commands or share the screenshots if stuck at any step or error (if any) and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
I am a 84 year old women. I feel this is just too much for myself to deal with. The unit stopped working in March of this year. And as of today I did the reset 3 times and just a few things have retuned working. My ring doorbell still does not power on. And several other devices that I need. I have no one else to help me. The ruckus device was working up until March. I can't keep troubleshooting since I have no idea of what you're talking about at this point. if you can replace it with a function model its nothing else I can do here.
