what is "mlme_vdev_multivdev_restart_fw_send_cb" in the logs?

Hey All,

I see this in the R650 logs around the time when users complained about disconnection. Can't find anything about the meaning of those:

Nope. I had sent the logs to Vineet and he provided a lot of insights about other things that he saw in those logs but not an explanation of this particular message.
