Unable To Sign Into Rucked Unleashed App

I am experiencing the same problem, and I know my password. Authentication of polling the network to identify Unleashed networks is broken. APs are up and running, but no way to log in and manage the network.

Same here. Connecting via http://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com also does not work anymore.

My only work around was to track down the DHCP assigned IP address and access via the web browser.

My login credential worked and I had access to unleashed management interface. I tried Unleashed App from multiple devices with no success.

This is a call for a Ruckus to address the problem/issue.

This basic and important feature broke at one time when Apple released newer iPhones and/or iOS'

Different members have different workarounds. Our current workaround is to have an old iPhone with an old iOS do the job of adding existing systems to the unleashed app is still working but is not sustainable and acceptable for a long time.

I have the same issue accessing the Admin/Management using a 5 year old Ipad Pro using the Unleashed App.

Could you please confirm the Unleashed app version you are using?
We have a latest one released recently, can you try upgrading the app and let us know?
On which mobile OS version you are facing the issue?

If you still have the issue, please let me know the error you are facing so that I can check on this.

I have the latest version of the app (11.132.2) running on the latest iOS (16.5) running on the latest iPhone (iPhone 14 Pro Max).

The issue is two fold:

When we type unleashed.ruckuswireless.com (while being it doesn't;t resolve to the Master Access Point
As a result, we can't add new unleashed systems to the unleashed application (app)

When we set the DNS manually to be the address of a ruckus AP on the LAN it finds it but we're not connected to the internet.

We believe the following might be happening: since Unleashed.ruckuswireless.com is not resolving to the correct address, the Unleashed App doesn't realize the phone is connected to an Unleashed AP.

Note: the issue is being ongoing for almost two years.

Hi Sanjay. I am using Version 11.132.2. It will not allow me to access Manage Network and recover my password. Let me know if you need any additional information. Thanks so much for your assistance, I will anxiously await your reply.

The problem started around the release of iOS 15.7.6 The same issue with any iPhones (and iPads) that can accept the iOS.

Older versions such as 15.7 running on iPhone 6s are still working fine.

You have enough information to work with: get an iPhone and you'll see for yourself.

I had a check on this and looks like we are already aware of this. We are working to fix this on priority and will be fixed on the coming 200.14 MR and app release.

The ETA should be by July 1st week.

Yes I tried to adjust DNS settings per the thread here but I believe the instructions was for an older iOS version. I look forward to the fix. Thanks.

@sanjay_kumar this is the same issue I am having. Try to login does not allow me despite correct password etc and now your saying there will be a fix July 1st

We have the Unleashed 200.14.6.1.199 releases yesterday and it has the fix for the IOS Security DNS issue.
However, the Mobile app release got delayed, I will keep you posted once I get an ETA on this.

Once the Mobile app is releases, please upgrade the AP and mobile app to fix the issue.

The mobile app new version has been delayed due to some improvements. I do not have an ETA yet but we are working on this on priority. I will keep the thread updated once I have an update.

Is there any eta yet in the app update? We were told

July 1st but then were told we would now need to wait for the app update. I don’t see any updates in the app store

Thank God. I was able to use the workaround to log in through the app, but this firmware sucks. Constantly dropping the connection. I hope the new release fixes this.

I was able to go to my laptop and download the new firmware that way. It’s fairly straightforward once you are signed in.
