Tried loading via tftp and USB with no luck using Solved: RUCKUS Forums - ICX 7150 not booting after being unplugged - CommScope RUCKUS Community Forums (ruckuswireless.com)

Ack and Noted. From the details mentioned above I suppose you have tried TFTP and USB.

Error noted from above is below :

ERROR: can't get kernel image!
could not boot from secondary, no valid image; trying to boot from primary

Please run "Show_image" to display the current image in the flash.

Please attempt to try software recovery procedure. Please refer the below links

Ack and Noted. Please follow the below link as it is the same issue you are facing and there are intrusions to request for device RMA.

Once also attempt to

Run "Printenv " to confirm all details are correct including image information
Run "update_primary" to check if the firmware is getting updated . Wait till the process ends and note if you are encountring error again or if the upgrade completes
Please run "Show_image" to display the current image in the flash.
If the steps above fail please refer the above link to initiate RMA for the device
