Hi farazkarami
Thank you for contacting Lennar Home Community.
Hope you are doing well!!!
Thank you for the information you shared,
As per the case description, I could understand that your RUCKUS Access Points are not powering up.
Could you please let us know?
1. For how long have you been facing this issue? Was there any Power Outage?
2. On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on. (Please refer to the below picture)
3. Please make sure the Ethernet cable is connected to anyone in the 12 ports shown in the picture below:
4. Also please Make sure it is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source.
5. May I know how many Access Points are connected to the Switch?
Please refer to the below guide for connection setup:

Lennar Home Community.
Since last Thursday, after a brief power glitch. Nothing was changed or unplugged on the switch. I have Syst green - power green - no amber lights. I have 3 access points.
Thank you for the response and the information you shared.
As you mentioned that, the SYST and PWR lights are green, meaning the Switch light status is in normal condition.
Could you please let me know the light status on the Access Point? Any of these lights are on (Please refer to the below screenshot)
Thank you again for your patience.
No lights are on. I was able to get to one and plug in an external 12V power supply and it powered up and its working. They do not get POE.
Hi @farazkarami
Thank you for the detailed information you shared,
As you mentioned, and we can see from the picture you shared there is an amber/orange light on the "SYST" and a green light on the "PWR" on the Switch. Meaning the Switch is stuck in the boot mode.
Basically, due to the power outage/ power spike, the switch went to a state that we call ‘boot mode’ that is not able to boot up properly.
Please follow the below steps in order to fix this issue:
First, we will try to reset the Switch as described below:
1. Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX-7150 and reconnected.
2. Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick
Below is the Guide and Videos link for your reference:

IF RESET DOESN’T WORK: Please follow the below steps.
If the reset does not make any difference, we need to perform a software recovery since it can be that the image flash is corrupted in basic words the unit is not able to boot up properly and need re-install the image to boot up properly.
3. We must get console access to the ICX-7150-C12P Switch as mentioned in the steps from the guide below:
How to console in the ICX-7150-C12P:

Below are the Guide and Video Link to perform the Software recovery process:

And..
As your Switch is on the 8061a version currently, it would be great if you could also perform an upgrade of the Software to rule out these problems in the future.
The recommended stable version is 8095g-
Please follow the above troubleshooting steps for the boot mode issue, so that we could assist you with upgrading later.
Same thing happened again. When I try to go in the switch using terminal on my mac it says
Permission denied
Greetings!!!
Thank you for the response and the update.
Could you please try to factory reset the Switch using a paper clip multiple times (Like 15-20 times)?
Could you please share a screenshot of the error you are getting on the MAC terminal?
Also please let me know if you have a Windows Laptop/PC. That would be much easier.
Refer to the video below which may help you with software recovery using a MAC terminal.
