how come my Linksys mesh system that’s 5 years old is faster than my Ruckus wifi in my Lennar smart home built in Nov 2020? Even the router Comcast gave me that’s in my upstairs closet is faster. I have the fastest speed offered by Comcast. Would like to get rid of everything and just use Ruckus but the speed sucks and has never been good or consistent. Could I have defective units? Please help.

Base in your description, it looks like your Switch (ICX7150 Switch) may be booting from the wrong partition, let me add the guide to fix the issue.

Note: if you have access to the Unleashed Dashboard and the Switch can be seen from there, it may look like the following image, ICX7150-C12-Router instead of ICX7150-C12-Switch, now before starting the steps of the guide, I will advise you to cable the computer directly to the Switch, since you will have a better connectivity than if you connect via wireless.

Hello, I did everything and my speed is still terrible compared to using Xfinity provided router. No change. Screenshots attached from all the steps. It’s not letting me paste or upload more than one photo. Please help.

In fact it’s even slower now. Little over 200 mbps. I have 1plus gig with Xfinity and my Linksys mesh is over 400 mbps. What’s wrong? Please help.

Please gain access to the Switch via SSH, Telnet or console and run the next commands, final share the results. We always advise t run the speed test via wire and wireless environment, so we can see if the switch is the issue or the Access Points.

1:Wire your computer directly to the ICX7150 Switch and run the speed test.

2:Connect your computer to the Unleashed Wi-Fi and run the speed test.

3:Finally gain access to the Switch and run the commands.
