Just moved in and I can’t get my Ruckus set up

Just moved into a Lennar home and I can’t get the Ruckus set up. It does not show up under my wifi and I have also tried to reset it and configure me does not show up. I have also tried to manually type in the wifi username and password and that does not work. If anyone has had the same problem, please let me know how you got yours set up. Thanks!

Thank you for the details provided, let me add another way to gain access to the Unleashed Dashboard to create your own SSID/Wi-Fi ID.

 

 

1:Wire your computer directly to the ICX 7150 Switch, causing the computer will be online in the same subnet/network as the access points.

 

Note: you can wire the computer in any of those ports marked in yellow

 

 

 

 

2:Once the computer is online, copy and paste the next website unleashed.ruckuswireless.com in your URL bar from chrome or any web browser, this site must bring you to the login page if you don't know the credentials try the next bundle:

 

Username:                      Passwords:

  admin                             sp-admin

                                         Lennar

                                         lennar

                                         ruckus

                                         Ruckus!

                                         Ruckus1

                                          admin

                                          pass

 

3:Once you log in you can create your new SSID/Wi-Fi ID.

 

 

 

Creating a New WLAN

Wi-Fi Networks>Create>Fill Name, Usage Type, Authentication Method,

Encryption Method>Ok

4:If the website does not bring you the login page for Unleashed Dashboard, we need to find the IP address of the Access Points, then you can copy and paste that IP address in your URL bar from chrome or any web browser, this site must bring you to the login page, the same with the credential.

 

Note: check the next guide to find the IP address of the access points, important the computer must be wired to the Switch all the time.
