I have a ICX7450 L3 switch with SW: Version 08.0.90dT213 and it seems the switch doesn't reply to the snmp get V1 or v2c or v3. I was wondering if anyone experienced the same issue.

What do you see in 'show snmp'? This will give you some statistics. You can also check 'show snmp server' to check status. Did you define community strings?
