When booting the switch the following error message appears.

Does anyone know what the problem is?

I am not sure on that one. Could provide more context/logs around the issue? It may be best to open a support case (see my signature).
Check if you have access to Service OS
1) Reboot the switch
2) Keep pressing b
3) Should get ICX-boot>
If you get above we can try to recover the switch using software recovery otherwise I suppose could be hardware issue
