Looking for a letter of volatility for the ICX-7150-C12P

I'm looking for a letter of volatility for the ICX-7150-C12P.  I need this letter before I can connect this switch to the company lab network.

Thanks, so I'm purchasing this switch through a subcontractor who will in turn be purchasing from a Ruckas partner.  I was hoping to get the letter of volatility prior to purchase.  I'll make sure my subcontractor obtains the letter of volatility at time of purchase.
