ICX 7450 Switch wont connect to ntp server

Question

Anyone have any suggestions/ideas as to why this is happening?  Rebooting the switch is last resort as its at a remote site.

whats interesting is all the other ruckus switches at this site are happy with the ntp server.

Hello,The time source seems behind several routers causing delay in synchronization or not reliable, Pls try with another ntp server closest to your location.ThanksJijo

Try setting the time manually then try NTP again.  It looks like the time difference between switch and ntp server has exceeded that max difference allowed.
