Does the ICX 7150 PoE switch support "Passive PoE"

Question

Simple enough... Does the ICS 7150 switches provide PoE to "passive PoE" equipment?  In this specific cast the Ubiquiti UAP-AC-LR?

Ruckus ICX switches support standards based PoE.....they also support some some pre standard and propriety based PoE options. with that said...here is a URL to a location that describes why Ruckus might not support passive PoE.
