Cannot Download of Ruckus ICX FastIron 08.0.80d (GA) Release Notes

Good Morning,

I cannot download the Ruckus ICX FastIron 08.0.80d (GA) Release Notes

It is set for "Premium Support Users."

The irony is that the release itself like all others is still available to "All Users," and working for a State Government, we have many hundreds of the ICX units in deployment all of which are covered by the warranty.  I really do not want to open a support case for a  PDF document.

Any way, this can be resolved?
