I saw a similar post from last week where the customer could also not log in to the app or online. What is the website we are to use to log in with the credential provided?

I want to try to log in using the generic username and password, but I don't know what site to use or how to get into the system to input the credentials. I can no longer access my account and don't see my devices.

We have a site https://support.ruckuswireless.com/ where you can see the release notes and firmware version for the ICX and release notes. We also have the ICX web GUI, where you can see the switch status and clients. Can you please confirm if those are the websites you are referring to? If not, kindly share a screenshot of the website you are trying to access.
