HI there,
Thank you for reaching out the RUCKUS Lennar home community.
I see you have Wi-Fi dropping issues with the RUCKUS equipment. The first troubleshooting step you can try is to factory reset the ICX switch. Here I include a link with the steps to do so. Please perform the steps and report back the outcome in case further assistance is needed. here's the link:

Hello,
I completed the ICX factory reset steps as instructed.
After the reset, the switch went through its startup process. Approximately 7–8 minutes after the reset, the access points came back online and I was able to reconnect to Wi-Fi.
The ICX switch continued through its startup process, and the status/system lights eventually returned to normal green with Ethernet activity returning.
However, the original Wi-Fi dropping issue has continued. After being back online for approximately 6–8 minutes, the Wi-Fi dropped again. My devices disconnected from Wi-Fi, and the wireless network was temporarily unavailable. After several minutes, the access points went through the startup sequence again and Wi-Fi returned.
The Spectrum modem and Linksys router continue to appear normal during these events, and wired devices connected through the network have continued to work.
Please let me know what additional troubleshooting steps you recommend.
Thank you.
Thank you so much for the update letting me know the outcome after performing the hard reset on the ICX7150 switch. Since the issue remains, we could take a deeper look at the switch to determine if there's a hardware issue with its power and PoE capabilities.
Are you able to access the command line interface of the ICX7150 switch? If so, please collect and share the following output:

Hello Arnoldo,
No, I’m not able to access the command line interface of the ICX7150 switch.
I was able to locate the switch on my network and access the web login page, but I’m not able to access the switch further or collect the requested CLI outputs.
This issue is continuing to cause frequent Wi-Fi interruptions and is significantly impacting my ability to work and run my business from my home office. I need to get this resolved as soon as possible. I have also reviewed the Lennar support discussions and have seen mulitple reports from other users experiencing the same Ruckus-related Wi-Fi cycling issues.
Please let me know the recommended next step and any information you can provide on the likely cause and path to resolution.
Thank you for your help.
Hi there,
Understood. If you have access to the web GUI, you can perform a software upgrade from it. This step will help us discard software-related problems. Let's install the 08095t version on the switch. Here's the link to download the 08095t firmware:
https://support.ruckuswireless.com/software/4763-ruckus-icx-fastiron-08-0-95t-ga-software-release-zip
If the switch currently has firmware 08,0.95 or below, please follow these instructions:
https://support.ruckuswireless.com/articles/000015158
If the switch has firmware above 08.0.95 (09.0.X or 10.0.X) please follow these instructions:
https://docs.vistancenetworks.com/bundle/fastiron-10010-webguide/page/GUID-C9834D2E-8B93-41E7-B61B-72C1D9158E06.html
Please report back to us with the results to further assist you with the problem.
Please assist as soon as possible today; it's been several days and through the weekend. MAJOR interruption for my company, personal work, and family. Would appreciate support to remedy this today at the latest. Thank you.
I was able to figure out how to access the command line interface to check the output you requested.
Please advise. Thanks!
