also a Lennar owner and having the same issue. I also work from home so very inconvenient to have connection dropped every few minutes.
Hi @Sac7119
I understand that the switch is dropping the Power over Ethernet (PoE) signal. Before proceeding with a unit replacement, we need to run a few diagnostic steps to determine whether this is a software or hardware issue.
Please follow the steps below to capture the necessary information:
1. Access the Switch: Log into the switch interface (via SSH or Console), let me add the guides for this.

/kb/articles/10-how-to-find-the-ip-address-of-the-ruckus-devices-switch-and-aps-using-ip-scanner-free-applications
/kb/articles/14-default-admin-login-username-password-for-ruckus-icx-7150-c12p-switches-and-wi-fi-access-points
2. Gather System Logs: Once logged in, please run and share the output for the following commands:
show version
show flash
show chassis
show inline power
show inline power detail
show log
Once we review these output details, we can identify the root cause and determine the next best step for resolution.

If you were able to gain CLI access, please share the next log of the failure. If the CLI access via console is not responding. Please share a picture of the status of the Switch.

Thank you for sharing the requested information.
Based on the troubleshooting performed, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not responding properly, and the Software Recovery process has been unsuccessful since the unit is in a constant boot loop.
As a result, this Switch unit appears to be defective and needs to be replaced through the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process.
To initiate the replacement, please use the private chat option to respond so we can proceed further. For your reference, I have included a screenshot below.
Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
I went to the private message section and I don't see a message there or a way to send a message.
Thanks!
