Hi Ruckus.

In the Traffic tab of AccessPoint in Smart Zone, you can see the top 10 client usage as shown below.

However, it only shows the client's hostname and you cannot check the information about the client. You cannot even copy the hostname.

It would be nice if you could check the client's MAC or go to the client's detailed information screen when you click on it.

Thank you for writing to us.
Unfortunately, we do not have the option to click on the client and redirect to it. However, we can change the client hostname to the MAC address or IP address, Type as Table and copy it into a notepad, and then look for the client MAC under the wireless clients. 

Once we select the MAC address, we can pick and right-click to copy the MAC address. 

Similarly, for the AP select the Type as Table and AP as MAC to copy the AP MAC address.
