RUCKUS ICX Lights don't work, no power to ethernet

As I'm not the only one experiencing this issue, I assume this will be a replacement.

Ruckus ICX 7150 no longer powering up. No lights at all on the switch. Tried multiple different outlets, power cords, etc. The access points in the ceiling are not powering on either. Not sure when it happened. As I use an ethernet splitter from the router for most of my non-powered ethernet cords. I suspect just faulty equipment.

I have tried resetting the ICX at least 30 times (I always feel like I can fix it) and nothing works. Does anyone know if the ceiling units would work with a different product?

Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not powering up, and when plugged in, it flashes an amber light and then goes dark. And you confirm that the Switch is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source. However, the failure persists. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.
