vSZ - HS with R610 | Connection Status: Disconnect

Hello,

My scenario has a vSZ High Scale running 350 APs R610. In addition I have some spare R610 APs (never used). When plugged into network the spare APs found the controller, however they are unable to get firmware or configuration. May someone suggest any directions in order to fix this issue?

Can you reboot the controller once if not done yet ? Are these APs and controller on same Vlan with no firewall in between ? The curl is failing for 443 which is the first connection that AP makes to controller before forming tunnel on 22 hence we would need to isolate if any network issue, if not I would suggest to open a TAC case.

Best Regards
