we switched to new ISP but now i cant login to manage my network via the app. The power also went out over the weekend. My phone keeps saying im not connected to the ruckus network but my wifi is the ruckus network and its running.

Is the router connected directly to the RUCKUS switch?
Which cable connects the router to the RUCKUS switch?
If possible, please send us a photo showing both ends of this cable and where they are connected.
Are there any lights on the RUCKUS switch that are red, orange, or off?
Please let us know what color the lights are and whether they are solid or blinking.
When you connect through the Lennar network, does your device connect to Wi-Fi but show “No Internet,” or can you not connect to the Wi-Fi at all?
Are the access points (APs) powered on?
Please check the lights on the APs and let us know if they are green, orange, red, or off, and whether they are solid or blinking

- - ether net cable
  If possible, please send us a photo showing both ends of this cable and where they are connected.
Are there any lights on the RUCKUS switch that are red, orange, or off?
Please let us know what color the lights are and whether they are solid or blinking.
- None or red or orange that i can tell. they seem to be working ok.

- - I am connected to the wifi just fine

Could you please try to access the unleashed GUI from any browser?
I would like to check if your phone appears as client when you try to connect the wifi. Also, could you please provide the model of your phone and software version?

1. Connect your computer or mobile device to your RUCKUS Wi-Fi network.

2. Open a web browser and go to the Unleashed Web Interface: Type https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com or Master AP IP Address in the URL address bar.

3. Log in with your Admin Username and Password.
