us . Im trying to understand the guest-network side of a video visit, before getting into hardware choices. No RUCKUS deployment to troubleshoot yet.
For a clinic using a RUCKUS guest WLAN, which setting would you check first so a captive portal doesnt interrupt a consultation? The session timeout, idle timeout or something else. Say a patient joins on their own phone and the call runs 45 minutes, with a PDF result open aswell.
Id also like to know how you test this with phones that sleep between calls. A speed test alone isnt the case I mean here; its the portal asking someone to sign in again halfway through. Any pointers to the relevant settings in Unleashed versus RUCKUS One would help, thanks
