Correct 7731 conenction

Question

We set up a connection between two sites that required a 'hop' in between. The setup is as follows: LOCAL LAN --> ROOT w w w w w w NON-ROOT -->ETH <-- NON-ROOT w w w w ROOT <-- REMOTE LAN So we have one of the ROOT AP's connected to the local LAN at the Main Site. At the 'hop' the two NON-ROOT AP's are connected to each other via a single Ethernet cable. Then the other ROOT is connected at the remote LAN. I just want to make sure that this is the best way. Everything works well, just want to make sure I'm not missing anything.

This is what it looks like at the mid point.  They are separated by about 4.5 feet.  I COULD bring the bottom one down more, I just don't want to infringe on the solar panel.

Use different channels, and you can think of each link independantly.
You could have your RB and NRBs on either side of the link, but with
your present description (Roots at the ends), both RBs can run their
channel optimization algorithm and select the best bi-directional
throughput channels for both connections.  If both center bridges 
are using the same pole, it's recommended to try and separate them
by 2m (6 feet) if you can.
