vSZE use H320 connect to SSID cannot get IP

Question

I have exist using H320 connect SSID can't get IP issue.
The project is currently underway.
During the process of installing the H320, sometimes there is a problem that the SSID of the connection cannot be obtained. 
If this happens, i will restart the AP and it will be normal.
How can i chek that issue?
