How to upgrade Zonelfex 7962 Firmware without a Zone Director on network?

Question

I am using the Zoneflex 7962 in standalone mode (an an AP connected to a wired router). I want to upgrade the firmware and any software for it. Is there a recommended procedure if there s no Zone Director on the network?

I would prefer not to use a server via the Internet and also would rather not go through setting up a dedicated server on the LAN. This is for SMB use and it is a peer to peer network.

Hi Dee Bee,

You can try the upgrading via option - Upgrading Manually via Local File. this would suit you the most.
