As far as i know there is no feature in the controller to allow you to send advt to your wifi users... you need to inter grate with some_other solution to achieve this

make a google search with keyword - wifi adverting hotspot

If you want ads to display you have several options.

Either you go with a portal system (mikrotik can help) or you go with a proxy (check out Ragapa for ex)
