Unleashed to Standalone R600 fails

Reflash from R600
Unleashed
to
Standalone
fails. After 45 minutes on the chat/phone with support, they provided article on how to reflash from Unleashed to StandAlone R600. Everything went well and I've got a message that the firmware was flashed successfully but 2 of the units are not responding at all - steady green light, hard reset goes from Red to Green immediately only
power light is on
, nothing else. Any hint/ideas will be greatly appreciated. Quite frustrating experience...

Factory Default the AP after changing firmware.

Do you mean push the pinhole for 10 seconds? I did this more than a dozen times. It boots and the power light changes from Red to Green - that's all. I RMA the units however.
