POE Injector with 7731 not powering the device

Question

I am installing a 7731, when I connect the 7731 device to the AP/BRIDGE port of the included POE injector, the red light on the POE injector turns off, and the 7731 does not get power.  Any ideas?

I had similar issues.  I ended up resolving my issue using PowerDsine 3501G midspans.

Now since I'm in Minnesota, I bought the PowerDsine 9000 series midspan so as to provide 802.3at power to enable the internal heaters if needed during the winter months.

Have you tried the PoE that comes with the other 7731?
