Problem to access to the ZD11000's interface

H. I have problem to access in the interface of the ZONEDIRECTOR 1100 of my wireless network. There are two of them with the same problem. I can ping their  ip-address but I cannot access to their interface. I have reseted to the default setting and nothing. When I connect by console cable I can see errors of moving files (error mv xxxxxxxxxx). Please help me.

I would recommend in future that you try pasting the error (in your case "/etc/airespider/system.xml") in to the search bar on the community home page, as you may find your answers quicker this way.
