Uploading Guest Pass Printout Sample Fails

Question

Hello,
uploading a HTML-File with the customized Guest Pass Printout fails. If I select a file to upload ("Configure">"Guest Access">"Guest Pass Printout Customisation"), it stays in "uploading"-state for hours.

You might need to contact Tech Support with a copy of your ZD Debug Info file.

(from Administer/Diagnostics page, it helps if you had Web Server checked under
Debug Logs, if you can try it again?)
