Anyone having issues with Windows 10 TH2 computers and OS fingerprinting?

With students upgrading to Windows 10 TH2. It seems with our testing that fingerprinting is causing the issues.

It seems the the fingerprinting is the cause for win10 TH2 not getting a IP address.
