As per the case description, I understand that you are trying to change your RUCKUS Unleashed Wi-Fi Network password.
Please browse and login to your Unleashed account and follow the below process.
Select Wi-Fi Network>>Select your WLAN Network (SSID)>>Edit WLAN>>Change the password
