Port Mapping in flexmaster every time clicking the zone director

Hi,



How do i configure to redirect the flexmaster to zone director? what are the other things to check/ verify about the port mapping error if the inventory page of the flexmaster is already set in 443?



By the way, since that the connection is behind the nat. We decided to use tunneling from the router. But after we set up this. We're still encountering the port mapping error.



Hope someone could help me with this problem.

We suspect that the problem is due to incorrect certificate dates on the ZD.



Please check the below document and see whether you are facing the same error while trying to access the ZD or not.
