That's essentially what we do. This is not a widespread issue. Virtually everyone who has open cases with us has also posted to the other thread. That's out of tens of thousands of installations.

At this time we do not know the root cause of the issue you are experiencing.  When we do, or have reliable workarounds I will update the relevant threads.
