ZoneDirector 1200 Question ???

1. how to reboot device when i cant access to web or ssh ?

2. about guest pass , if i did wrong login many time . Do ZoneDirector lock my device , how long is locked and how many time i can did wrong login ? 

3. about guest pass again , i have grant 1 shareable device to user but user has connected more than 1 device . is these any message notification to user ?  

please advice.
