I am trying to upgrade sz144 controller to 6.1.2 from 5.2.2.0.1563, but it starts the upgrading and then comes back to original screen and on version 5.2.2.0.1563
What could be the reason for this?

Did you receive any error messages during the upgrade process?Also, did the Pre-Upgrade Validations indicate that everything is fine after uploading the firmware?
