Best Authentication for corporate Wlan

Question

I need to setup authentication on a Zone Director 3000 for a coporate WLAN I am setting up.

I don't know where to start!

What is the best authentication to use AD / Radius / TACACS?

Once the user is authenticated I need to drop them into a vlan which could be local to the controller or at a remote site

Looking for any previous experience or design guides on this solution.
