Greetings!!!
Thank you for contacting RUCKUS Lennar Home Community.
I hope you are doing well!!!
Thank you for the information you shared.
As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch has Routing code issue, and you are trying to get console access to the Switch.
Could you please share a screenshot of the error you are getting when trying to get console access?
For routing code issue troubleshooting steps, please refer to the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article.

Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
Thanks for the reply Imran!! Here is the screen shot.
Thank you for the response and the information you shared.
Could you please try to access the Switch IP address on a bowser and try to login?
You should see the Switch Dashboard as shown in the below screenshot to confirm it’s a Switch IP Address.
If you don’t see above dashboard from the IP address you used, please check the other IP Addresses from the IP scan results, by the name of Ruckus Wireless or Brocade Communications to confirm the IP address of the Switch.
Please check and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thanks @imran_ruckus. Yes, I was able to login and see the screen as you have sent in the screen shot. Now what do I do?
I got part way but maybe I am supposed to put in either a password or a router #????
You have executed the command correctly. There is no need of adding anything.
As you know this issue is because your switch is running on the Routing code (SPR). The Switch should run on the Switching code (SPS) to avoid these issues for Lennar home users. Due to a power outage/power spike, the Switch boots up on the other partition which may be running on a ‘Routing Code’ results in causing this issue.
As I can see from the output you shared, your Switch is booted up on the secondary partition which is running on Routing code (SPR) as highlighted in the screenshot below.
Please Enter the below commands in CLI to fix this issue:
Note: Hit Enter to accept each command
enable
copy flash flash secondary
boot system flash secondary yes
Example below:

????telnet@ICX7150-C12-Router>enable (hit enter to accept the command) ????telnet@ICX7150-C12-Routerr#copy flash flash secondary (hit enter to accept the command and wait: until the flash finished) ????telnet@ICX7150-C12-Router#boot system flash secondary yes (hit enter to accept the command: the switch will reboot)
Thanks so much Imran......that worked...got it switched to the right partition.
