RUCKUS ICX 7150-C12P Stopped working

Hello My RUCKUS ICX 7150-C12P Stopped working and It no longer lights up. I already tried reseting it several times and it doesn't do anything. Tried different outlets with power and it still doesn't work. There were no recent power outages in my neighborhood. I read that another user had this same issue. Just wanting to get it replaced if possible.

Thank you for sharing the requested PICTURES and a VIDEO.

Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not powering up, and when plugged in, it is dark. And you confirm that the Switch is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source. However, the failure persists. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.

As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS is not powering up.

Could you please let us know the answers to the below queries to assist you better?

1. On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on. (Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)

Please help us with pictures of your ICX-7150-C12P Switch showing the status of the lights and cable connections to the Switch ports.

Could you please remove your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch from the cabin and plug it into a working power outlet separately and send us PICTURES and VIDEO of it showing the light status, and cord connected to the Switch and a working power outlet? Please refer to the below pictures as an example.
