R300 appears dead, perhaps a botched firmware upgrade?

I attempted to upgrade the firmware on an R300 unit, but immediately after the firmware file finished uploading (using the web upgrade page) I lost contact with the unit. I have tried the hard-reset procedure multiple times, and nothing seems to work.



Is it likely that a botched firmware upgrade will render the unit completely dead and unable to execute even a factory reset?



Any suggestions for what to try next?

looks like it is bricked now. Proceed with getting it replaced now by contacting Ruckus Support.
