Hello
After a power outage 1 of 3 APs are offline. I have reset with no luck.
Hi @Purpose
Greetings!!!
Thank you for contacting RUCKUS Lennar Home Community.
I hope you are doing well!!!
Thank you for the information you shared.
As per the case description, I understand that ONE of your RUCKUS Access Points is not working.
Could you please confirm if Internet connectivity from 2 other APs is working fine?
Please unplug and plug the ethernet cable of this non-working Access Point to any other 1 in-12 ports (please refer to the below screenshot) and check.
Please follow the above process and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
Best regards,
Imran Sanadi

To avoid confusion with posts, you can create your own post with the problem you're facing and a detailed description of the network issue and what you've done so that we can guide you properly.
Thank you again for understanding.
Only 1 AP is working properly now. I have unplugged & plugged in the Ethernet cable. The cables have always been plugged in 1 of 12 ports.
Thank you for the response and the update.
Could you please let me know the light status on ALL the access Points. Please share pictures of them.
We suggest you factory resetting your RUCKUS Access Points to reconfigure them with a new Wi-Fi Network/SSID.
Please refer to the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help guide for the factory reset process.
